Edelweiss Condominiums doesn't allow Pets or smoking in condos

Edelweiss is a 3 night minimum all year except for Christmas & Spring Break which are 4 night minimums.

Starting November 1st 2022 the base rate is 4 adults every additional adult beyond 4 is $25.00 more per night. To get the correct nightly rate you must select the number of adults ages 13 years and above.
Children 12 and under are free!

Power outages, Internet outages, Direct TV outages, Gas & Water outages : Red River, being a small mountain town, occasionally encounters utilities outages. While we strive to provide uninterrupted utilities services, it is important to note that these outages can occur unpredictably and that such occurrences are beyond our control. Therefore, in the event of utilities disruptions during your stay, we regret to inform you that no refunds or compensations will be granted.

Edelweiss Condominiums Office will be closed Christmas Day, if you are planning to stay through the Christmas Holiday you will need to call the office to book your reservation. Guests will not be able to check-in on Christmas Day.

Edelweiss Condominiums offers our guests 23 two story condominiums that are individually owned, most of them have been newly remodeled to reflect a different interior design that guests can choose from. All condo kitchens come fully-equipped with dishes, cookware and more. All condos has 1 full bath and 1/2 bath, 9 of our condos have been remodeled 2 full baths and a half bath. All bathrooms are equipped with towels and toiletries, all guests will need to bring is their hygiene products.

Our condos are located a short distance away form Main Street, Ski Resort, and any other attractions you may find yourself wanting to try.

Edelweiss Condominiums offers guests a heated pool to 92 deg. all year round, dry sauna, Arcade-room, 6 gas grills for cooking located throughout our courtyard, 1 smoker that you can use wood or charcoal guest must supply both the wood or charcoal and 2 gas fire pits for those wanting to relax.
